Project Overview:
I participated in the Kuali Web Design Contest hosted on 99designs, where designers from around the world were challenged to create a professional, innovative, and user-friendly website concept for Kuali — a platform that simplifies administrative processes for education and research institutions.
The objective was to design a website that embodied Kuali’s brand values: transparency, collaboration, innovation, and simplicity. My design approach centered on delivering a clean, modern, and highly functional layout tailored to the academic sector.
Design Approach:
- Crafted a minimalist yet impactful layout that resonates with education-focused users
- Prioritized intuitive navigation, quick access to key content, and trust-building design elements
- Integrated engaging micro-interactions to enhance usability without overwhelming the user
- Aligned with Kuali’s official branding guidelines, including color palette, typography, and logo usage
