Who we are

CloudAnts is a software and AI studio based in Pasig, Philippines. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at it@cloudants.dev.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit the contact form or share details through the chat assistant, we receive what you provide, typically your name, email, company, project type, budget, timeline, how you heard about us, and your message. The chat assistant also receives the conversation transcript so it can respond.
• Technical data. We process your IP address to rate-limit form and chat submissions and protect the site from abuse. We do not use it to identify you.
• Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). Analytics do not run until you accept.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss working together.
• To operate the chat assistant and answer your questions.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, only with your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site:

• Google, contact and chat-lead messages are delivered to our inbox via the Gmail API, and (with consent) Google Analytics measures site usage.
• Anthropic, chat messages are processed by Anthropic’s Claude model to generate replies. Transcripts are not stored on our servers.
• Vercel, our hosting provider, which processes requests and operational logs.

Cookies & your choices

The site does not load analytics cookies until you accept them in the consent banner. You can decline at any time, and declining does not affect your ability to use the site. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

Retention

We keep inquiry and lead emails for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s settings for our property.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email it@cloudants.dev and we’ll respond. We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173); if you are in the EU or UK, applicable data-protection rights also apply.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
